MSTSC.exe is the built-in Remote Desktop app. When I log in it just says that I username and password didn't work. My issue with build 1709 is that I cannot log into my servers using the built-in WIndows 10 Remote Desktop app.

I just installed the Fall Creators Update on Windows 10/64 bit, and now Remote Desktop Connection crashes every time I try to connect to another PC running Windows 10 64 bit (which I haven't updated yet).
